I had a pleasant stay overall, with a comfortable room that had all the necessary amenities and a great dining experience with delicious food. there were some maintenance issues like noise disturbances and a lack of toiletries space in the adapted bathroom that could improve the experience. It's a good choice for couples seeking a relaxing getaway.

Had an absolute blast relaxing in the jacuzzi and unwinding in the sauna during my stay. The food was top-notch and absolutely delightful, though I wish there were more spots for my toiletries in the bathroom. Just a heads up, the kettle situation was a bit awkward, but it didn't change the great time I had with friends! 😊

Noise levels were surprising, especially during relaxation times!!! I also found inconsistencies in spa service hours quite frustrating, limiting my enjoyment of the facilities!!!

We stayed in the Executive Penthouse Suite with Spa Access for one night. The room was super spacious and luxurious with a four-poster bed! There was even a TV in the bathroom, which was a cool touch. It felt really clean and well-maintained. The views over the pond were amazing, too. Just perfect for a relaxing stay!

Had an amazing trip with friends! We explored a mini-zoo with exotic wildlife and enjoyed ten-pin bowling nearby. The treatments were delightful, and the staff made us feel welcomed. The location is perfect for relaxation and exploration, making it an ideal escape. Highly recommend it!
While everything was great overall, I did experience a little trouble during my facial treatment because of some noise from the speaker, which was a bit distracting.

A commendable fit for short visits in Wrea Green with great value-to-price ratio. The staff were exceptional, even offering us a second breakfast. Plan to use the spa after breakfast as timings can be tricky.

missingWrote a review on Jun 07thermal spaexcellent dinnerfriendly staffbreakfast qualityroom maintenancebar noise
I had a lovely stay at Ribby Hall Hotel and Spa. The staff greeted me warmly at arrival, creating an instant welcoming vibe. The thermal spa journey was rejuvenating. I spent so much time in the steam rooms, saunas, and the hydro pool. My favorite spot was definitely the Tepidarium, with its heated loungers perfect for relaxation. Dinner in the Orangery was remarkable. I had the pork tenderloin and loved every bite. Sadly, my breakfast experience didn’t match the dinner. The toast was cold and lacking, and getting extra butter felt like a chase. I did enjoy my time in the hot tub, but it was a bit crowded during peak hours, making it hard to relax fully. A couple of the rooms needed a little TLC. I noticed some cobwebs in corners that could use attention. I encountered noise from the bar, which disrupted my evening a bit. So, while the amenities and staff were great, there are areas that the hotel could improve on, particularly regarding food quality and room maintenance.
